ACCOUNT
You need an account for most activities on our platform, including purchasing and accessing our content, online courses, and online education. When you create and maintain your account, you must provide accurate and complete information, including a valid email address. You are fully responsible for your account and everything that happens on your account, including any harm or damage (to us or others) caused by someone using your account without your permission. This means you need to be careful with your password. You may not transfer your account to someone else or use someone else's account. If you contact us to request access to an account, we will not grant you such access unless you can provide us with the information we need to prove you are the owner of that account. In the event of a user's death, that user's account will be closed.
You may not share your account login information with others. You are responsible for what happens with your account. You must immediately notify us when you become aware that someone else may be using your account without your permission (or if you suspect any other breach of security) by contacting our support team. We may request some information from you to confirm that you are indeed the owner of your account.
As a student, you must be at least 18 years old to create an account on Lasota Online Academy and use the services. If you are under this age to use online services, you may not create a Lasota Online Academy account. If we discover that you have created an account in violation of these rules, we will close your account.
CONTENT SUBSCRIPTION AND ACCESS
When you enroll in a course or education, you get a license from us to view it via Lasota Online Academy and no other use. Do not attempt to transfer or resell the content in any way. We generally provide you with a 2-month access license for all courses and 3 months per module for educations, except when we need to deactivate the content due to legal reasons.
When you, as a student, enroll in a course or education, whether it's free or paid content, you get a license from Lasota Online Academy to view the content through our learning platform. The content is licensed and not sold to you. This license does not give you any right to resell the content in any way (including by sharing account information with a buyer or illegally downloading the content and sharing it on torrent sites).
In legal, more comprehensive terms, Lasota Online Academy gives you (as a student) a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the content that you have paid all required fees for, solely for your personal, non-commercial, educational purposes through the services, subject to these terms and any conditions or restrictions associated with a particular content or feature of our services. All other use is expressly prohibited. You may not reproduce, redistribute, transmit, assign, sell, broadcast, rent, share, lend, modify, adapt, edit, create derivative works of, sublicense, or otherwise transfer or use any content unless we give you explicit permission to do so in a written agreement signed by Lasota Online Academy. This also applies to content you can access via any of our APIs.
Although we provide you with an access license when you enroll in a course or other content, we reserve the right to revoke any license to access and use any content at any time in the event that we decide or are required to disable access to the content for legal reasons, such as if the course or other content you have enrolled in is subject to a copyright complaint, or if we determine that it violates our trust and safety guidelines.
SUBSCRIPTION RENEWAL
You have three months access to all online educations per module and two months access to all online courses. Within this period, you must have completed your online education or online course. If you have not completed the enrollment, you can extend the purchased online education or online course for an additional three months for online educations per module and 2 months for an online course, by paying 50% of the original price. PAYMENTS, CREDITS, AND REFUNDS
PAYMENT
Lasota Therapy Academy ApS accepts online payments with Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Mastercard.
Payment will only be withdrawn from your account when the physical item is shipped or the virtual product is created, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
All amounts on the website are inclusive of VAT.

Lasota Therapy Academy ApS uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, which means your data is secure and cannot be read by others from outside.
SUBSCRIPTION PAYMENTS
Terms and Conditions for 12-month Subscription Solutions.
Your subscription period spans 12 months, starting from the date you sign up. This means that during this time, you will have unlimited access to course content and all related updates.
You agree to pay USD 40 per month throughout the subscription period. Payment is automatically deducted each month from the specified payment method. Upon registration, the first payment will be deducted, and subsequent payments will be deducted monthly for the following 11 months.
Your registration for this subscription solution is binding for the entire 12-month period. This means that you commit to paying the monthly fees for the entire period, whether or not you actively use the course content.
As this is an annual subscription solution, there is no option to terminate the subscription before the expiry of the 12 months. The subscription will automatically be terminated at the end of the subscription period.
You will have access to any updates or changes to course content that occur during the subscription period. After the end of the subscription period, your access to course content will be automatically discontinued.
By signing up for our 12-month subscription solution, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the above terms and conditions.
DISCOUNTS
Lasota Online Academy often offers various discounts during various promotions, to followers, newsletter recipients, etc. These codes cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts. If you have made a purchase without using a provided discount code, the system cannot handle a refund. Refunding a course has a time cost of USD 120.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
There is a 14-day full right of return on goods purchased on the website unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
The 14-day period starts from the day the order is delivered.
Any return costs are borne by you.
Requests for withdrawal must be communicated to us no later than 14 days after delivery and must be received by us no later than 14 days after we are informed of your use of the right of withdrawal.
Requests for the use of the right of withdrawal must be sent by email to [email protected]. The message must clearly indicate your desire to use the right of withdrawal.
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised if you have used the purchased online education or course.
WARRANTY
Products are covered by a 2-year warranty in accordance with Danish consumer law. The warranty covers all defects in software, materials, and manufacturing.
Complaints regarding defects and deficiencies must be reported to Lasota Therapy Academy ApS within a reasonable time after receipt of the item. Here, a maximum of one month is considered a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed. We refund reasonable shipping costs.
The right to complain lapses in case of incorrect or unusual use of the product, or if the course has been utilized.
Lasota Therapy Academy ApS covers the return costs to a reasonable extent.
